Getting Started
Polaxys is currently available through early access.
- Request access — contact us, or use "Get early access" on polaxys.com.
- Once approved, our team helps you get set up and onboarded.
- From there, you can import your data, create analyses in natural language, ask questions and build dashboards from the results.

What data sources can I use?
You can import CSV and Excel files and connect a range of sources — including Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and data warehouses such as Snowflake. If you need a specific data source, contact us.
How is my data protected?
Polaxys encrypts data in transit and at rest and restricts access following least-privilege principles. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
What are the limits on my plan?
The Free plan includes 30 analyses per month and 1 dashboard. Business plans include unlimited analyses and dashboards. See Pricing for the full comparison.
How do I report a bug or unexpected behavior?
You can report a bug directly in the platform, or e-mail support@polaxys.com with a description and, if possible, screenshots and the steps to reproduce the issue.
Reporting a Security Concern
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or experienced a security incident involving your data, please contact us immediately at security@polaxys.com. We investigate all reports and will keep you informed in line with our incident response process. For more on how we protect your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Service Updates and Status
We notify customers of any service-affecting incidents in accordance with our incident response process.
